Las Ventanas at Summerlin offers an uplifting, person-centered approach to dementia care that honors residents’ individuality in a safe, homelike setting. We know how difficult the impact of memory loss can be on a family, which is why we developed a proprietary program that focuses on the whole family.

Our Memory Support community was created to promote the principles of Immerse™, which is based on the following guiding principles:

• Provide support, only where needed, to protect autonomy.
• Build relationships between residents, families and team members.
• Offer meaningful, purposeful programs designed to engage and promote self-esteem.
• Deliver the highest-quality service and care via specially trained team members backed by an experienced clinical team and dedicated director of memory support services.
